Intel Fortran Compiler 16.0.2

Intel has released version 16.0.2 of the Intel Fortran Compiler (which is part of Intel Parallel Studio XE 2016). It looks like mainly a bug-fix release. Microsoft Visual Studio 2015 Update 1 is now also officially supported. References Intel Visual Fortran
